House rules

Weekends: stays of less than 2 nights not accepted.

Firm bookings must be accompanied in advance with a deposit of 40% of the total cost of the stay.

In the advent of a cancellation more than 2 weeks in advance, all monies will be returned.

No money will be returned in the case of cancellations giving less than two weeks notice.

If the client leaves before the end of the reserved period, 40% of the price of all services reserved but not consumed will be payable.

Leaving before the end of the reserved period also includes eventualities such as:

Leaving because of bad weather.

Leaving because of illness.

«They’ve just phoned to say my mother-in-law has been taken ill.»

Other personal and/or family problems.
